By accessing this website at livermoreepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com or by requesting services from Livermore Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Livermore Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides professional concrete flooring services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, concrete resurfacing, garage floor coatings, and related surface preparation and sealing work. We serve residential and commercial customers in Livermore, CA and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to an on-site assessment and written estimate prior to project commencement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Livermore Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are based on information available at the time of the site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing. Estimates are not final contracts.
Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the project differ materially from those present at the time of the estimate - for example, if additional crack repair, moisture mitigation, or surface preparation is required that was not apparent during the initial assessment. Any changes to the original scope will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We do not guarantee pricing against changes in material costs beyond our control.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that circumstances change, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We reserve the right to reschedule a project due to weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, or other factors that would adversely affect the quality of the installation. In such cases, we will contact you promptly and offer the earliest available alternative date.
If a project is cancelled by the customer after materials have been ordered or delivered specifically for that project, reasonable restocking or material fees may apply. These fees will be communicated in advance.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required prior to project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Payment is due in full upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of your estimate.
Unpaid balances are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by California law, whichever is lower. In the event that collection efforts are required, the customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs including attorney fees.
To ensure the best possible outcome, customers are responsible for:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the quality of the installation and could void warranty coverage.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper customer care, physical abuse, chemical exposure beyond the product specifications, failure to follow our post-installation care instructions, or pre-existing conditions in the concrete substrate that were not disclosed prior to the project.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at sales@livermoreepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com with a description of the issue and photographs. We will respond within a reasonable time and, if the claim is valid, schedule a return visit at no charge.
